I entered the dental field because I care about people. Nothing makes me happier than knowing I’ve provided a patient with outstanding care and given them a smile that they’re proud to share. When they’re so pleased with their treatment that they refer me to others, I am not only over the moon, but I’m grateful as well. Why? That means more patients like YOU!
Obviously, it’s important to me that I grow my practice, but honestly I am more concerned with seeing patients who are committed to their health than just getting patients in and out for cleanings and exams. That’s one of the reasons referrals are so important. I could run a Groupon special and get plenty of people who come in for discounted dentistry, but that’s not what I want. When my patients — who understand the connection between dental health and whole health — refer me to others, I know the person that they referred will value the quality of dentistry I provide.
