You can brush your teeth three times a day. In fact, this is the ideal balance for many people because it allows for oral cleansing after every meal. If you have invisible braces, you may brush more often to avoid trapping food in your clear aligners. If you eat a lot of sugary foods or drink dark liquids, the extra brushing could limit your risk of tooth decay and staining. Don’t be afraid to add an extra round of brushing to your daily routine.

Is It Possible to Brush Your Teeth Too Much?
